Method of Admission

All students who wish to take admission in this college, whether as new entrants or for promotion to the next class after passing the previous examination, must duly fill the application form attached with this brochure and submit it to the college office before the prescribed last date. In exceptional cases, if the last date is extended, a notice regarding the same will be displayed on the college information board. Students are required to fill the application form themselves. Girl students must also appear before the Admission Committee for an interview along with their original certificates. Any student who fails to appear for the interview will not be considered for admission. The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the information board, after which they may confirm admission by depositing the prescribed fee.

Each application form must be accompanied by the following documents:

1. Original Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate from the institution last attended.
2. Attested copies of the mark sheets of the previous examinations (10th, 12th), certified by a Gazetted Officer.
3. Migration/Eligibility Certificate for applicants coming from another University or Board.
4. For applicants in service, a permission letter or certificate from the competent authority.
5. Fresh Character Certificate from a Gazetted Officer in case the last examination was passed as a private candidate.
6. Relevant certificates for those claiming exemption from tuition fee (such as caste certificate).
7. Attested copies of certificates for fee concession/surcharge benefits (such as NCC, NSS, or Sports).
8. Eligibility Certificate for students coming from another University or Board.

Important Notes:

1. Students must submit separate applications for different subject combinations.
2. Incomplete applications or those without the required documents, as well as applications received after the last date, will not be accepted.
3. Each student must personally complete all admission formalities and deposit the fee in person; fees will be accepted only from the concerned student.
4. All admission-related notices and updates must be checked by the students themselves on the information board.
5. Temporary admission may be granted under special circumstances, but it is the responsibility of the student to fulfill all requirements within the stipulated time, otherwise the admission will be cancelled automatically.
6. Until the enrolment number is issued, admission will be treated as provisional. Under no circumstances will such students be permitted to appear in University examinations, and any fees already paid shall not be refunded. The college will not be held responsible for such cases.
7. The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any student without assigning any reason, and no legal action can be taken in this regard.
8. Every admitted student must get their name and details entered in the registers of the Library, NCC, Sports, and other units.
9. After admission, the concerned officer will verify the student’s admit card, only after which the name will be formally entered in the respective registers.
