1.General Discipline and Conduct

1.    Students must behave courteously and respectfully towards teachers, non-teaching staff, fellow students, and college visitors.

2.    Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. Any student found guilty may face suspension or permanent rustication as per law.

3.    Smoking, using tobacco products, alcohol, or any other addictive/narcotic substances inside the college premises is forbidden.

4.    Students must always carry their College Identity Card during college hours and show it when asked. Loss of card should be reported immediately.

5.    Use of mobile phones is not allowed in classrooms, labs, or during official college functions unless permitted.

2.Attendance, Classes & Examinations

1.    Regular and punctual attendance in all classes, practical, tutorials, and other academic activities is compulsory. Attendance must meet the minimum requirement set by the university or college to be eligible for university examinations.

2.    Students must attend examinations, tests or other assessments as scheduled. If unable to attend any test or exam, valid reasons and proof must be submitted in advance.

3.    Students are expected to prepare and maintain academic honesty. Cheating, plagiarism or any kind of malpractice in exams or assignments will lead to strict disciplinary action.

3.Uniform, Dress & Presentation

1.    Students should dress decently and appropriately, in a manner befitting an educational environment. The college may prescribe dress code or uniform for certain days or events.

2.    Students should maintain personal hygiene and neatness. Excessive or provocative attire, or items causing disturbance, Willknot be permitted.

4.College Premises & Infrastructure

1.    Students should maintain cleanliness in classrooms, labs, libraries, corridors, canteen, playground, and other common areas. Littering or damaging college property is strictly prohibited.

2.    Any damage to college property (laboratories, furniture, fixtures, etc.) caused by negligence or vandalism will have to beamed good by the student(s) responsible.

3.    Posters, notices, or advertisements can be displayed only with permission from the college authority. No writing/graffiti on walls, desks, or furniture.

5.Committees & Grievance Handling

1.    The college shall have disciplinary committees,anti-ragging cell, grievance redressal cell, and other bodies as needed. Students are expected to follow the directives of these committees.

2.    Any complaint or grievance should be submitted inwriting to the concerned authority. The college will try to address it through proper procedure.

6.Safety, Environment & Miscellaneous

1.    Use of College labs, equipment, library, and resources must be with proper care. Safety rules in laboratories must be strictly followed.

2.    Students must help maintain a peaceful, clean, and safe campus environment.

3.    During college hours, loitering in corridors or outside classrooms without purpose is discouraged.

7.Attendance to Notices & Communication

1.    All-important notifications will be displayed on the college notice board / website. Students must check these regularly.

2.    Failure to act on notices will not be accepted as excuse in matters such as examinations, fee submissions, or other requirements.

8.Disciplinary Actions & Penalties

1.    Violation of any rules may lead to penalties, which can include warnings, fines, suspension, or expulsion depending on the seriousness of the offence.

2.    The Principal / College Board has the right to refuser cancel admission of a student, or transfer or suspend students for misconduct.
